Can friends or family members stay together?

Yes. While the treehouse is designed for romance it is equally suited to close friends or kindred spirits looking to share the experience. Please note there is one bed, which would need to be shared.

Can I stay on my own?

Absolutely. Solo travellers are warmly welcomed. The nightly rate is for the treehouse itself, so there is no discount for single occupancy.

Is the Treehouse environmentally friendly?

Yes. Sustainability is central to everything we do – from natural materials to locally sourced produce. We are committed to preserving the wilderness so it remains untouched for generations to come.

Are children allowed?

No. The treehouse is designed as a sanctuary for adults, ensuring tranquillity and safety.

Do you cater to dietary preferences?

Yes. We believe that enjoying a meal is part of the magic of your stay. After confirming your booking, we will send you menu suggestions to choose from, with any bespoke requests beyond these quoted for individually. In this way, every dish is prepared with thought and care, adding to the sense of comfort and delight during your time here.

Are pets allowed?

No. The treehouse is a wilderness sanctuary, and pets are not permitted.

What happens in bad weather?

In the case of severe or inclement weather, alternative accommodation will be arranged to ensure guest comfort and safety. Guests should bear in mind that this is a true treehouse experience – open to the elements. It always remains safe and comfortable, but may gently sway with heavy gusts of wind, and in the case of heavy rain some furnishings may need to be covered or temporarily removed. This is part of the adventure and the authentic experience of staying in a treehouse in the wild.

Is help available if needed?

Yes. Guests are trained to use a radio upon arrival, ensuring assistance is always within reach if required.

Is the Treehouse serviced daily?

Your comfort is our priority, and we provide everything you need for a memorable stay. At the same time, this is an adventure: multiple flights of stairs, preparing your own morning coffee etc. Daily housekeeping is not scheduled, to respect your privacy and allow you to fully immerse yourself in the experience. However, for those who enjoy a little extra comfort, light housekeeping may be arranged once a day. Simply place your request in advance via the radio, and while you relax at the pool, we’ll quietly refresh your space and leave everything ready for your return.

What should I bring?

The treehouse is perched 12 meters above the ground, adding a thrilling sense of height to your stay, and quite literally rise above it all. Be sure to bring a sense of adventure, a touch of self-sufficiency and a healthy dose of sensible care and choices for you own safety, as these are part of the magic here.

Are airport transfers available?

On booking you will be provided with airport transfer options which will need to be booked directly with the provider you choose. While we can recommend, we cannot accept responsibility for these suppliers.

Check in and Check out times

Guests must check in and out at the designated time which will be provided at booking. This timing is a strict requirement. Reaching the treehouse is the start of your adventure and time is needed to settle you in. Check-in and check-out times must be observed and no late arrivals or departures to the reserve is possible. Late arrivals will sadly forfeit their night’s accommodation. As a general guide, check in will be late afternoon on the day of arrival and check out late morning on the departure day.

Is helicopter access available?

Our helicopter pad offers an exclusive and private landing experience for guests. Those wishing to use it are welcome to contact us to arrange access and timing.

Is there wheelchair access?

Due to its elevated design, the treehouse can only be reached via stairs and unfortunately does not offer wheelchair access.

Is there cellphone and Wi Fi signal?

There is no Wi Fi or cellphone signal at the treehouse, offering a quiet escape from the digital world.
